Description
The sensor connection junction box HTBS100 is designed for connecting control cables in electric heating systems. The box can be mounted to a wall, a nearby metal structure, or directly to the pipeline using a bracket. The box allows one or two control wires to be connected from one or three temperature sensors. The enclosure design provides moisture and dust ingress protection IP66 and high corrosion stability.
- The box allows up to four self-regulating electric heating cables to be connected.
- The junction box is shipped with support feet for pipe heating applications. The use of the support leg and the energy connection junction box is detailed with the guide.
- The cable glands of the box are designed to connect non-armored power cables with a diameter of 7 to 18 mm or armored power cables with a diameter of 12 to 20 mm.
- Terminal blocks in the box allow connecting multi-core or single-core cables with a cross section of 0.5 to 2.5 mm2.
- The box design has IP66 and high corrosion stability.
