Indoor Electric Underfloor Heating

Indoor Electric Underfloor Heating

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF SYSTEM COMPONENTS:
In order for the system components to work in harmony; All components (heating cables, digital thermostats, sensors and mounting elements) must be sold by the same vendor. This situation should be documented with the approval of the manufacturer.

DEFINITION, PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM:
• System; It provides total or partial heating with floor heating, which is the most ideal type of heating in indoor environments (home, office, etc.).
• The main components of the system; heating cables, associated mounting elements and thermostats and sensors (sensor)
• Heat insulation must be used under the heating cables in the system. For this purpose, at least 6 mm thick IzoMax Teknik insulation mat will be used.
• System; It will be designed and applied to operate fully automatically in order to provide heating in the areas where it will be installed. For this purpose; heating cables to be laid in the relevant area; by means of the thermostat and the sensors (sensors) connected to them, where the weather conditions change.
It will be activated in certain situations and will be automatically deactivated after completing its task.

Roof Heating

Roof heating technical specification

  • Heater wire or fabricated heater wire mesh system; It is a system that prevents the freezing of horizontal rain streams and vertical downpipes on the roofs, and ensures that the water formed as a result of the melting of snow and ice accumulated on the roofs is discharged from the connected pipes without any problems.
  • In the design and applications of the system, priority should be given to human health, the safety of materials, and the maximum service life, and if any, domestic production should be the reason for preference.
  • System materials; should be guaranteed for at least 10 years against design, production and application faults.
  • The materials used in the system are expected to be suitable and resistant to weather conditions.
  • Snow and ice detector panel and junction boxes must be in the appropriate protection class. The resistance of these materials to harmful ultraviolet rays is important. The standard of the connecting cables must be at least IP-65/66.
  • System materials, which should allow maintenance and repair in winter conditions, must be used or can be used in similar applications.
  • The system should only be activated in case of icing risk and should provide energy saving and prevent overheating.
  • The heating cable system or the fabricated-assembled heating cable mesh system is installed by considering the cross-section and roof areas of horizontal rain streams.
  • According to the roof area where water drainage will be provided, a power of at least 300 W/m2 and 350W/m2 should be based on for 1 m2 area, and the power of 1 meter of heater cable should not exceed 30W/meter linear power for silicon, flora insulated heater cables.
