TASARIM
Whether you are looking for air conditioning or cooling down to 0 °C, both our racked room systems and built-in systems can be designed for this purpose. The basic framework of our refrigeration rooms and hazardous materials warehouses with refrigeration/air conditioning equipment consists of robust welded steel profiles with integrated WHG-approved spill pallet. We ensure high quality insulation thanks to the versatile internal insulation made of polyurethane rigid foam with a U-value of 0.24 W/m²K. Insulated doors are used for the access area, which can be equipped with anti-icing heating if necessary.
Depending on the temperature range needed, air conditioning split equipment or cooling equipment can be used. With a comprehensive range of accessories, these systems can be customized to suit your individual requirements. This means that our standard solutions can be adapted to suit the requirements of many industries: chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive or food.
At ISITMAX we pay special attention to the specific needs of the operator when looking at cooling technology. Whether a shelving storage system or a built-in version, all our cooling and air conditioning systems are designed to meet individual requirements. All-round insulation is generally provided with PUR insulation with a minimum thickness of 100 mm. Air conditioning or refrigeration equipment and control system are designed in accordance with the requirements and the overall system. With an integrated spill pallet, all classes of hazardous substances that pollute water can be stored safely. In addition to the EnEV compatible design, further equipment variants are available on request:
- Ex protection
- Fire protection from inside and outside (restricted temperature range)
- Optional equipment to create hazardous material storage with integrated spill pallet
- GMP compliant equipment
- Built-in racks, roller conveyors
ISITMAX cooling and air conditioning rooms can be applied as a built-in system or a shelf system. We use high-performance cooling equipment to ensure reliable and trouble-free operation of cooling systems. Due to the potential risk inherent in some items, preventing malfunctions may be a key requirement for customers. Because of this risk, air conditioning system design is structured based on simulation of real conditions. In practice, combination units that combine both cooling and heating functions are commonly specified.
