Description
It is an industrial heating jacket developed for IBC tanks with metal cages. Homogeneous heat dissipation from all sides ensures heating of the entire tank surface. The temperature is controlled precisely by the digital control unit.
Product Structure
Heaters sewn with kevlar rope into silicone insulated and aluminum-coated glass fabrics are insulated with technical carbon insulations and front and back cover protective fabrics suitable for industrial conditions. The system digital control unit is controlled precisely. They are stocked in different power options for heating applications in order for the hammade to freeze or reach process temperatures.
It is 3 models: 1600Watt, 2400Watt, 3200 Watts. It has a universal design to meet different power, grid and special requests.
With 15 years of experience in flexible heating systems; the following features stand out.
- Control unit : Designed for heating jackets only, the controller offers stable operation and smooth control.
- Carbon insulation: We use high-tech carbon material that does not dust suitable for industrial and explosive environments and gives high thermal conductivity values.
- Kevlar sewing threads, metal buckle, high strength, chemical resistant outer coatings; it is designed to work properly for many years in harsh conditions, industrial environment, intensive conditions of use.
- 3 different power outputs to perform special heating for raw materials with different power options
- Insulated and pump inlet top cover (optional)

Safety Instructions
1. Read all instructions before using the heater.
2. Unplug the power cord when not in use.
3. Do not immerse the heater in liquids.
4. Do not touch the surface of the heater during operation. After turning it off, allow the heater to cool completely before use.
5. Use the heater only for the purpose of use as described in these instructions.
6. Cut the power supply before removing the terminal cover.
7. The heater should not be used if it is damaged in any way. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person using a special flexible cable to avoid danger.
8. The heater must be connected to the electrical source via a leakage current device or other equipment that protects against electric shock.
9. During operation, take the air out of the barrel to prevent internal pressure from forming.
Electrical Requirements
Check that the voltage marked on the heater is suitable for the electricity source to which it should be connected AC (Alternating Current). The IBC tank heating jacket is of double insulated structure, so it does not require a soil connection. A suitable and approved plug for the country in which the heater is used must be plugged into the power cord by a suitable qualified person.
Operating Instructions
1. The IBC Tank heating jacket is designed for tanks with metal cages. It is not recommended to come into direct contact with the plastic surface or to use it for plastic barrels.
2. The heating jacket is used by wrapping around the tank. Belt ropes are easily fixed with the help of velcro by passing through the metal buckle.
3. Set the thermostat to the required temperature. NOTE: The thermostat sensor is positioned to detect the temperature between the heater surface and the tank surface, not the raw material temperature. Obtaining the ideal temperature of the tank contents should be through the experimentation and experience of the heated material.
5. Plug the heater into the power supply. The red LED indicates that it is “ready to work”.
6. The heater jacket will start to warm up and continue until the required temperature set by the thermostat is reached. Next, the thermostat will loop at this setting point until the setting changes or the heater leaves the power supply. During the warm-up process, the current temperature and target temperature can be monitored from the digital indicator.
7. Turn off the heater and remove from the thong before emptying the contents. This will prevent the heater from getting dirty from debris.
Cleaning and storing
Always separate the heater from the power supply before cleaning. Wipe the jacket and thermostat box with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or astringents and never immerse the heater in liquid. When not in use, the heater can be folded for storage. Do not wrap tightly with a diameter of 150 mm. For more information about usage or service, contact the manufacturer or supplier.
